Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is available to US-based medical professionals who are currently licensed. The offer may be restricted to specific branches of the medical profession; eligible branches are shown in the Status selector on the main verification form. The licensing can be from any State and must not be expired. You do not need to be currently employed in a medical capacity.
How do I get verified?
SheerID will collect some basic personal information to confirm your current status with an eligible branch of the medical profession. We may also ask you to upload some documentation that substantiates your status and eligibility.
If not instantly verified, SheerID will compare the information provided in the uploaded document(s) against the information entered in the verification form. To ensure a speedy and successful verification, please pay attention to how you enter your information on the form so that it will match what is seen on the document(s). For example, enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your official document(s).
What kind of document(s) do I upload if asked?
You'll need to upload official documentation that shows your:
- First name
- Last name
- Medical licensing status
- Currently-valid date
We understand that your main document may not include an expiration date. If that is the case, please upload a second document establishing you currently work as a medical professional.
I just uploaded a document. When will I hear back with results of my request?
Documents are reviewed in the order received. You will be contacted via email within the next 20 minutes with additional details regarding your verification request. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email in your inbox. The email will let you know if you've been successfully verified or if additional information is needed to complete your verification.
What happens if I can't prove I'm a medical professional?
This rarely happens. All jurisdictions are going to give you some kind of official document that we'll accept, but in the event you cannot provide us any acceptable proof of validation, we will be unable to approve you for the offer. But to repeat, if you're currently employed as a medical professional, you should have access to a document we can verify.
How often can I receive an offer code?
Individuals eligible for this SheerID offer may receive up to 3 verification codes every 30 days.
