How to wash …
Wash in cold water in front loading washer.
DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER OR IT PILLOWS WILL GO FLAT AND NOT FLUFF BACK UP!
Dry in front loading dryer on low temp with 3 tennis ball

Washed pillow goes limp
When instructions are clearly followed in front load washed in cold water and then air dried, the down goes limp and the pillow is no longer useful.
