What customers say:
Customers overwhelmingly praise the mug's exceptional temperature retention, keeping beverages hot or cold for hours in all conditions. The narrow base fits car cup holders perfectly, the handle is comfortable and non-slip, and color options like Deepest Green and pink are frequently cited as beautiful. The lid is dishwasher-safe and straw-compatible. Some report lid seal issues causing leaks, difficulty opening, or splashing when drinking, while a few find the handle less ergonomic. Despite these isolated concerns, most customers consider it a reliable, well-made choice for daily use and gifting.

The lid is very difficult to put on & take off. I used to have an older model that I liked much better!
