What customers say:
Customers praise the exceptional build quality, sturdy straps, durable zippers, and ability to keep items cold all day. Many find it ideal for small-scale use like carrying water bottles, snacks, or lunch for one person on day trips. However, reviewers consistently note the interior capacity is much smaller than expected due to thick insulation and a narrow opening, making it difficult to fit standard containers. Despite this limitation, most consider the premium craftsmanship and durability worthwhile for targeted, portable use.

Size Purchased: Small
I am disappointed with this bag. While the quality is good, the opening is too small, making it very hard to put a small box in and take it out. Wasted my $50.

INSULATED & BULKY
Not what I was expecting. It’s just an insulated bag. I thought it was more of a knapsack. But it was on sale, which sucked me in. 😢

Nice strap length, weird zipper top

Using this for my high school daughter’s lunch box. She likes the length of the handles and does not use the removable strap. The zipper top is weirdly constructed in our opinion
