We are sorry that you were not pleased with your hammock. If you stretch it to fit your hammock stand, it will be quite taut, but once you have laid in it, it stretches, and will be like any other cord hammock.

"WASHABLE"?
COMPLETE WASHING AS IT WAS DIRTY JUST FROM THE ELEMENTS. I DO NOT SEE ANY INSTRUCTION FOR THIS. IT WAS OFF-WHITE AT PURCHASE AND NOW IT IS GRAY. ALL ELSE WAS FINE.
