What's with the underlayer?

Tankini pattern is pretty but the fit for a plus size woman is weird and unwearable. Under layer it too close fitting and just rolls up. Top also didn't drape smoothly.

Problem with Swim Suit
I bought this suit in Jan for working out in the pool at the gym. The suit has started falling apart. The suit material is fraying and losing color. It is more gray than black.
