Rated 3 out of 5 by SAD01 Comfy but too loose around the neck
It was real soft and comfy, the fit was nice aside the neck. It felt too loose, almost like I would freeze if wind hit me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by GrammaAmma Petite please!
I have many of the Pima Cotton tee shirts and have recently found that the Large Petite is the best fit. I would like to order the "stand up" collar in Cream, Ledge, Bright Navy, Clover, and Rosewood. Please give us more subtle colors besides black, red, and white.

Rated 2 out of 5 by knittinggirl Way too Short! Need Tunic Length
Way too short!
Please pre-shrink fabric before cutting pattern pieces.
Your competition offers these in regular, petite, tall and plus! And you should too.
Please make this in a tunic length, I'd be happy to pay a few dollars more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by AnninCR fits well and the color was good
I ordered a Pima Cotton last year and the fabric was great. Something must have changed. The fabric on this shirt is so thin i definitely will need to weat a sweater over it. I will keep the shirt but won't order anymore of the Pima cotton.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Amsie Sad Change in old favorite
I have worn Bean's pima cotton long sleeved tees, mock neck or stand up collar, for years. They hold up really well and always look nice. BUT the white one, size M, which I just received is NOT the same at all. Material is so thin, my bra is visible through it. The sleeves are so long they cover my hands and the tee itself is 3+ inches longer than they used to be. I am 5'6, weigh 122 lb-- a true medium and the fit through the shoulders is fine but otherwise this is a completely different pattern than was used for many years. I am really disappointed as I have always looked to Bean's pima tees as a staple in my wardrobe.
I notice others have mentioned problems with the new ones and I hope that this problem is remedied soon!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nobean Poor quality Mock Turtlenecks
For many years I have ordered LL Bean Mock Turtlenecks and needed to replace several of them this year. What has happened to LL Bean's quality? These are paper thin, I can see my bra in the Cream Color. They will never keep me warm in a Colorado mountain winter. Turtlenecks need to be the same weight as the long sleeve T-Shirt I recently ordered. All of the reviews mention that they shrink. Why would I buy a size up to overcome this? They shouldn't shrink. I am returning all four Turtlenecks I ordered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lynn2 Stand-Up Neck Pima Cotton Long Sleeve Tee
I have many of these tees in different colors going back many years. Wash, wear, hold up, wonderful soft fabric. But, I must agree with other reviewers that some features have changed over the last two or three years, and not for the better, in my opinion. The shirt used to be, overall, a bit looser fit. Now the neck is too tight and the upper sleeves are, too. I've worn the same size (XL) for years with consistent fit until recently. Please bring back the former fit. Also, would love to see this in a True Navy sometime. If none of these things are issues for you, it's a great shirt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ShoppingGuru The cream color is actually a pale yellow:(
I love the fit and fabric of this shirt. However, I need it in off white/ winter white. The cream color is actually a pale yellow which doesn't look quite right with my other pieces with off white in them.
Please consider this color. It would make a great shirt!

Rated 1 out of 5 by casualanne Not a standup neck!
Why LL Bean calls this shirt a "stand up" neck is beyond me. It is a mock neck. If you look at the catalog photos, they look just alike. I have many stand up neck t shirts from Bean going back at least 10 years. They are my favorites all fall, winter and early spring. I think I have every color (except yellow) that it comes in. All of them have a relaxed neck that is around 4 inches high - not a tight turtle neck but a relaxed high neck that is very comfortable and dressy. This shirt that they are calling a "stand up" neck doesn't stand up - it gets pushed down by your chin and then it looks messy. Why, oh why, make a mock neck and a "stand up" neck that are the same thing!! I want my old style stand up necks back!

Rated 3 out of 5 by walker22 Armholes too small
Beautiful colors, nice fabric, plenty long enough, but too tight in the armholes. Makes the fabric bunch around the bust so that it feels and looks too small. Otherwise medium would work.
