Rated 5 out of 5 by eridge Best shirt ever!
I love my fleece lined flannel shirts. I have 2. They keep me very warm. I am definitely comfortable in these shirts in 30 degree weather. They're also somewhat waterproof. Can easily layer stuff under them. Highly recommend these shirts!

Functional shirts got me through two years of anemia. I told my children I felt like a lumberjack as I wore them everywhere over your waffle henleys. I am glad a transplant let me move on to all your far more fun merchandise.

Bought this for my wife and the men's version for me. It's spring here in northern Michigan and the fleece-lined shirt has become her preferred choice as an outer layer when working in the garden or yard on cool days and on evening walks. She often mentions how warm it is and says it's pretty good at blocking the cool breeze. Her only negative comment was that the women's version did not have hand pockets like the men's shirt. (I'm thinking, hand pockets probably not a good idea for an already relaxed fit women's shirt ... might become unflattering?)

Husband bought me the dark Purple Plaid for Christmas. Wore it all through Winter here in the Northeast. Perfect fit, looks nice with LLB turtleneck underneath, very warm and snug. I also have the Pink Plaid, Blue Plaid and Red Plaid I bought a few years ago - wear them when I work from home and it gets chilly. They have held up through many washings. Can't have enough of these! Great to wear during the day when camping in the Fall too. Great to throw on when running out the door to do errands. A must have for anyone.

by Milagrosmom Love this shirt, but . . .
I love this shirt - it's warm and comfortable and the gray plaid is a great color. I gave it only a three because the lining makes the hem in back not lie flat, no matter what I d short of ironing it (hopefully the picture will come out). Fix the lining, please - I'd order more, if not for this issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by NVDiane Boxy square shape
The shirt is warm and comfortable, but the shape is square and boxy. The description says slightly fitted and the photo shows a shirt that is fairly long and has a waist, but in reality it is a square shape. If you are normal or slim, I don't think it will fit you very well. If you are slightly overweight or have a pair shape, it should fit you nicely.
I am 5'7" and 130 lbs, I ordered a medium. I sew and typically I would just alter a shirt like this, but since it is double thick, that's too complicated.

Rated 2 out of 5 by kittybmom flannel shrinks
These shirts are comfy and warm. The problem with them, as with all fleece-lined cotton shirts, is that the cotton outer layer shrinks and the fleece doesn't shrink with it. This leaves at least an inch of fleece hanging below the bottom edge. Not a great look! I have had two of these shirts altered to adjust the hem. I don't like having the added expense and won't be purchasing any more of this type of shirt. (from anyone!)

Rated 1 out of 5 by celica poor quality
will return this today, looks way better on line loose strings from the buttons, not LL Bean quality. Not heavy even though it is fleece lined. The lining is thin. Not worth $50.00 plus tax. I waited so long to buy this waited for it to go on sale. I am so disappointed. Do not know why LL Bean has lowered their quality

Rated 5 out of 5 by JP22 Love this fleece and flannel
Being small boned, 5'1" and 103#, I'm always cold inside my house. This shirt is so cozy and it is a nice light to medium weight. Love the completely fleece lined inside and the outer flannel is a nice feel and a great color purple. I'd normally get an XS but they were out of the deep purple. I ended up choosing the petite XXS since the description said 'relaxed'. I'm glad I did because I still had several inches of room on each side. A little tailoring would have been nice but, it is a flannel after all. The shoulders just fit. (my petite XXS shirt measures: 15 1/2" across shoulder back; 20" width under the arms, length is 26" collar to hem with 3" slits at the side hem; outside sleeve length 22"). I have enough room to put a t-shirt on underneath if needed. I like the straight hem since I certainly wouldn't tuck this shirt in.
