Purchased as a Christmas gift size 12 for my husband, as he wears a size 11.5 wide.
These only come in a medium width whole sizes. After a few weeks, the size 12 stretched and were too loose on his feet. Ordered another pair in a size 11 medium and so far these seem to be working OK. Hope they don't stretch too much. Too expensive to keep buying smaller sizes.
These are a very well made slipper. Please keep in mind that with daily use the leather will stretch out.

These are very comfortable slippers. They last forever. Recently ordered the second pair for husband. A bit expensive but he has worn the first pair for 4 years and lots of wear left in them.

This is the best fitting, most comfortable pair of slippers I have ever owned--and this includes other models from LL Bean. Ordering up was no problem as the slippers have elastic that keeps your foot from sliding forward. The leather inside promises long wear and the rubber outer sole makes for guilt free trips to the mail box.

The absolute best & most comfortable slippers I have ever owned. I have previously purchased Bean's Moose Hide Slippers and loved them. They each lasted about 15 years and I expect that these will do the same. Very happy camper!

I talked to sales rep about shoe fit due to my high arch. The first sales rep passed to an expert in shoes. She was very understanding and helpful. The shoe fits and is top quality. Nothing else needs to be said.

This is my second pair. I liked the first pair so well that I was not interested in anything else but another pair just like the first. The first pair was a perfect fit. The left slipper of the new pair is a little tight across the top of the foot. This is because the strip of leather that fits over the top of the foot is shorter than the same piece on the right slipper. It is only a significant bother when that foot swells which it has a tendency to do. I notice that it is gradually improving as the slipper breaks in as I wear it around the house. I have decided to keep the pair; but, I know that LL Bean will allow me to return then should I decide otherwise.

....but now that I have jammed my feet into them a few times, they're relaxing into proper slipper mode. I may have gone a size too small (11, versus 12), since I wear two pairs of socks in winter, but by then I suspect they'll be even more accommodating. And they are far too handsome for slippers. That too will likely change.

These are the most comfortable and best looking slippers I have ever owned. Expensive, but worth it. Also, this is my second pair of the same ones.

I'd worn felt bedroom slippers for years. Very comfortable and warm but the toes wore out within a year or two. At $140 costly.
These are handsome enough to wear at home with company, well made, warm. After the felt slippers they felt squishy, took some getting used to, but now are fine.

The quality of the slippers is definitely high. They would be very comfortable if one has a flat arch. They fit a narrow (B) width to (C) width. The problem isn't as much with the width as the low profile of the slipper. This is compounded by the elastic on both sides pulling down on the top lip, which puts pressure on the top of your foot which is uncomfortable. Actually becomes irritating on the top of our foot after a while. Almost compelled to cut the elastic bands on both sides to relieve the pressure on the top lip of the slipper. If you have a high arch, you will probably return them (or cut the elastic on both sides). From what I read on other reviews, it coincides with mine. Sounds like LL Bean needs a redesign.
