Virtual Interviews

We’re eliminating face-to-face contact by only interviewing qualified candidates over the phone.

Instant Job Offers

To keep things moving, job offers will be made on the spot and candidates will immediately move to the onboarding process.

Curbside Onboarding

Drive up and we’ll take your I-9 documents inside to process, sanitize them and return them in a zip bag. You won’t ever have to leave your car – even for your ID photo!

Health Questionnaires

All candidates will complete a brief health screening questionnaire to make sure you’re able to do your job safely without risk of injury.

Social Distancing

We’ve modified common areas and workstations to allow for six feet of social distancing at all times, along with additional precautions like floor markings, plexiglass dividers and limited staffing for all shifts.

Face Coverings

All employees are required to wear a face covering (mask or shield) while in the building, except when seated at a table in break areas and conference rooms.

Cleaning & Sanitization

We’re implementing more thorough and frequent cleanings, reducing or eliminating common touch points, providing hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes, and much more.

Training Process

Our standard training procedures have been updated to ensure proper social distancing and to eliminate common touch points.

AT THE CALL CENTER

Work from Home

We’re shifting from a call center model to a system that relies on at-home agents. If you have a computer and a broadband Internet connection, you’re ready to join the team! We may also be able to provide you with the equipment you need to work from home.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer flexible scheduling to help you work around other aspects of your life and reduce stress in these constantly changing times.

Virtual Training

To eliminate unnecessary exposure, we’re now offering virtual training to get you up to speed, with plenty of social distance to protect your health.

IN RETAIL STORES

Customer Limits

To avoid crowding, we are evaluating store capacities on a regular basis and always set limits that are at or below state guidelines.

Increased Sanitization

We’re maintaining the highest level of sanitization in all shopping and employee areas, including more frequent and thorough cleanings.

Social Distancing

We’re enforcing strict social distancing measures in our stores, with clearly marked signage and regular reminders over the store PA system.

Face Coverings

All employees are required to wear face coverings when working with customers or whenever they cannot maintain proper social distance

Point-of-Sale Barriers

We’ve installed plexiglass barriers at all point-of-sale locations to create an extra level of protection for employees and customers.

Mandatory Health Questionnaires

Before every shift, employees are required to fill out a brief questionnaire to make sure they are feeling healthy and not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.
