The National Park Foundation: Fun In Every Direction

Four miles offshore from downtown Boston is Spectacle Island, a place where people can hike, learn and play. This summer L.L.Bean and the National Park Foundation hosted free activities there to show Boston-area families that outdoor fun is only a short ferry ride away.
