1. How to Enter: You  may  enter  to  win  the  Maple Grove, MN  L.L.Bean Grand Opening Giveaway  -  L.L.Bean  Ultimate Beach Day Giveaway  (“Giveaway”)  by  visiting  the  L. L.Bean, Inc. (“L.L.Bean”) promotional display located at  12289 Elm Creek Blvd. North Maple Grove, MN 55639  between  the  hours of  9:00 am  ET  and  9:00 pm  ET  on the following date:  July 31, 2026 To  enter,  fill  out the official entry form using the  QR code(s)  located  at  12289 Elm Creek Blvd. North Maple Grove, MN 55639. All entries become the property of L.L.Bean  and will not be returned.  Only one entry per person is  permitted. 

By providing your email address you may receive L.L.Bean emails about products, sales, and special offers.

2. Eligibility:  Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and legal residents of the United States.  Employees of L.L.Bean  and  each  its  affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion  agencies  and  family  members  (spouse,  parents,  children  and  siblings  and  their  spouses)  and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This offer is void where prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. By  participating, entrants agree to these  Official  Rules.  L.L.Bean  may  report,  as  required  by  applicable  statute  or  regulation,  the  value  of  the  prize and the identity of the winner(s), to  appropriate taxing authorities.

3. The Prize: GRAND  PRIZE: Includes  one (1) each of  Item # TA502929,  L.L.Bean Collapsible Wagon;  Item # TA112645,  L.L.Bean Boat and Tote,  Large,  Long Handle,  Navy;  Item # TA519769  L.L.Bean  Seaside Beach Towel,  Colorbars  Scenic;  Item # TA516525, L.L.Bean  Seaside Beach Towel, Starfish;  Item # TA524943,  L.L.Bean Sunbuster Shelter  Item # TA524943;  Nalgene Sustainable Wide Mouth Water Bottle  Item # TA515248,  and  two of  Item # TA519308,  L.L.Bean Easy Comfort Beach Chair with a  total  value of  Six Hundred  Twenty-Nine Dollars and  Eighty-Five cents ($778.80). One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

Prize will be mailed to the Giveaway winner. Please allow a reasonable time for delivery. Item color subject to inventory.

4. Winner Selection:  There will be one (1) winner selected from the eligible entries. Odds of winning the prize  offered  is  dependent  upon the total number of eligible entries received. Authorized personnel  of  L.L.Bean  will  select  the  Giveaway  winner  via  random  drawing of  all eligible entries,  no later  than  August 14, 2026.  All decisions  are  final  in  all matters  relating to this Giveaway.  The  prize is guaranteed to be awarded.  The potential winner will be notified by phone or email and must reply within five (5) business  days  or an alternate winner may be selected.  To be awarded the prize, the potential winner will  be required  to complete  an affidavit  of  eligibility.

5. Prize Restrictions: No substitution or transfer of prize  permitted  except at sole discretion of L.L.Bean.  By  participating  in  the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these  Official  Rules  and  the  decisions  of  the Giveaway  sponsor,  which  are  final  and  binding  in  all  matters  related  to  the  Giveaway.

6. Publicity: By  accepting  the  prize,  the  winner  agrees  to  the  release  of  their  name  and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where  permitted  by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: L.L.Bean  and prize supplier are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any  Giveaway-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail.  By participating in this  Giveaway and accepting a prize, winner agrees that L.L.Bean and its shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, prize suppliers and promotion agencies shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the  Giveaway or resulting from the winner’s participation in the  Giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation. L.L.Bean  reserves the right to cancel or  modify  Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of  the  Giveaway  as  determined  by L.L.Bean  in its sole discretion.  L.L.Bean  reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any  of  the  rules  of  the  Giveaway.  All  disputes  will  be  resolved  by  binding  arbitration  in  Portland,  ME  and all entrants waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.
