You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points are calculated after discounts and before taxes, shipping, and other fees.

Points don’t expire as long as your membership remains active.

Yes, your full Bean Bucks balance will expire 9 months (specifically, 270 days) after your most recent Bean Bucks earn event, which is the last time your Bean Bucks balance was increased.

We’ll send email reminders, but you can always check your llbean.com account for the most up-to-date expiration date.

If you are approved for an L.L.Bean Mastercard, the dollar value of your available points and any available Bean Bucks earned through the L.L.Bean Rewards program will automatically convert to your new L.L.Bean Mastercard account . Please allow up to 30 days for the transfer to be processed.

If you return an item purchased at L.L.Bean, any points earned on the returned item will be deducted from your account. Any Bean Bucks used toward that purchase will be credited back to your account, and your Bean Bucks expiration date will reset. Your updated balances and expiration date will be reflected in your account after the return is processed.

Your balance may be displaying as negative if you made a return that deducted more points than you had available in your account. You’ll need to earn enough points to get back to zero before your balance can start growing again.

L.L.Bean Rewards members enjoy free standard shipping on purchases totaling at least $50, after promotions and discounts but before Bean Bucks, shipped to a single U.S. address.

You’ll earn one vote per L.L.Bean purchase. Votes can be cast during designated annual voting windows to guide an L.L.Bean donation of $250,000 to a selection of non-profit organizations chosen by L.L.Bean. The donations will be allocated among the selected organizations based on each organization’s percentage of the total votes cast.

You must have an llbean.com account to cast your votes. Any uncast votes at the end of each voting window will be forfeited.

To make sure you get full credit for your purchases and access to your benefits, simply identify yourself as a member when you shop:

• Online: Sign in to your llbean.com account before checkout
• In stores or by phone: Share your phone number or name and ZIP code
