I've worn these (obviously not the same pair!) for more than 50 years. They're the best. Just as great is LL Bean service. When the stitching of one pair failed, I had a replacement in short order. I have no complaints!

I owned a pair years ago which I probably bought in the early 80's. As I recall they had stiffer soles and just seemed more sturdy all the way around. They lasted for years. The little flap on the back of the heel used to be a loop. I guess the company is cutting costs by using less material for that flap. I do like the warmth these give me on cold mornings. They feel comforatble. I am sceptical they will be as long-lasting as my last pair--plus they ain't cheap in price!

I only bought these because they have leather soles. I hate that rubber stuff on the bottoms. That is what your company has available in most everything else. These are not my favorite style of yours but rubber soles = no purchase.

wife had worn for several years. She does not want to be without them. They are comfortable, warm and she loves them.

I have had these slippers for a bit over a year now and the laces ripped apart near the sole on the left side, leaving a big gaping hole. Quality is poor, nowhere near worth $70 or $80. I will not buy these again, nor would I recommend to anyone else. I've only worn them for a few months in the winter - barely lasted this long.

My feet have NEVER been so happy as they are now, in these slippers. Wish I had gotten a pair years ago. I do really and truly hate having to take them off to go out in public. My feet are naturally ice cold. These slippers are so warm, soft, and great cushioning in bottoms. At the back, They have a nice leather pull tab to help put them on. They keep my feet cozy but they never get sweaty, with or without socks because they are all natural materials.I love them so much . Thank You, Sincerely, Happy Customer

My husband and I probably have ordered 10 pairs of these slippers in the last 15 years. I just ordered another pair about two months ago. I noticed right away that the shearling didn't feel as soft as in the past. I used to put my feet in and just go ahhhhhh..... Not so with these. The new ones are nice but I wish I hadn't thrown my old ones out. Please, LL Bean, step up the quality and I'll continue to purchase in the future. In the meantime, I get a feeling that these are going to wear out fast. I'll be looking elsewhere for a better quality slipper when that happens.

I've been buying these for years. I work mostly at home, and they're my primary footwear, both for indoors and for quick trips around the garden or out to the garage. They are very comfortable and durable. I've researched and tried some other shearling-lined slippers, and these are the best value I've found, though I do wish the price hadn't gone up as much as it has the last few years.
