Rated 4 out of 5 by question1 Nice looking Sneaker
I wear a 7.5 med. But I bought the 8 med. They fit pretty good. I am going to keep both pairs because they are very good looking black sneakers....they look retro. This is not a trail shoe in my opinion. More an around town shoe. I wore them to work all day...and they did not hurt my feet. They are a bit stiff...but i just bend them back and forth...and they softened up... They have mesh with will expand... So I see these as getting comfy as I wear them. Can't beat the sale price of 19.99

Rated 2 out of 5 by Benshops Very narrow
These are really smart looking sneakers and I wanted them to work but they are very narrow and stiff so I must return them. I can't understand how another pair of pathfinder hiking boots I purchased at the same time in same size, same brand, fit comfortably. Unfortunately I purchased them at a very good sale price and they are not available in wide width.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pequawket Love These Sneakers!
I ordered these in the elderberry color and absolutely love them. I have worn them to work several days over the last few weeks and have gotten compliments each time.
They are comfortable and look great and the size was perfect; I ordered my usual 7 1/2, medium B. My daughter even commented on how much she liked them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by bunnyqueen elderberry trail sneakers great for work
I read the reviews before I purchased these sneakers; I normally wear a 7 1/2 wide....got these in an 8 and they fit great with heavier socks; the dark purple color is very nice; People mentioned that the laces come untied, a double knot solves that easily. i work on a concrete floor all day and they are very comfy;

Rated 3 out of 5 by OSUfaninMichigan Didn't last
I am not hard on shoes, but these have not lasted. I have had them 2-3 yrs, but have not worn them all that much. The heel on one of them has broken down so it is uncomfortable to wear. I'm sad because I did like them. They ran true to size and worked with my narrow feet. It's kind of ironic that when I was in the flagship store, the shoe saleslady asked me if I liked them when I told her I had them. Her question had the tone that either she didn't care for them herself or she had heard from others who didn't like them. I need to send mine back so LLBean can see what happened to them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jerseybeanie Attractive and sturdy but wide width runs narrow
These are nice everyday walking shoes but as other reviewers noted, the width on the "D" runs narrow. Otherwise, I would have kept them. The elderberry is more muted than shown and the dark mudguards in front and on the sides is more of a dark gray than black. Please carry more wide shoes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ridinginthesun made my heel bleed!!!!
I run, walk, or hike 5+ days a week and could not find what I was looking for so, settled for llbean trail sneakers. A little stiff but comfortable untill today. My heels are bleeding after only walking 3 1/2 miles. I just put them back in box!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Snowpea You Win Some, You Lose Some
Like others, I wanted to like these! I even gave them 2 chances, once on a long walk, once on the treadmill at the gym. The footbeds are stiff and give no sign of loosening up. I feel as though I have big boards attached to the bottoms of my feet, clunky. No arch support either. So, guess I'll have to return and try something else.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tuckergirl A stiff shoe
The first time I tried the shoes on they were very stiff all over. I also ordered the wide and they were tight. They looked so narrow when I took them out of the box I checked the size inside the shoe. I didn't wear them until I could stay home all day and wear them around the house. I can't wear them from morning to night, but they are getting better. I don't want to return them and I really like the elderberry color, so I'll continue to wear them for part of the day when I can. They are finally loosening up.
