Rated 4 out of 5 by sqeezeyb Nice belt
Belt is good quality and is as described. Runs large as described in customer reviews but bought a different style belt from llbean at same time and it's actually bigger still. Can work with size just can't lose any weight haha.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Packie18 Men's Chino Belt with Money Zip
The service form LLBean is remarkable. My Black Men's Chino Belt with Money Zip came to me in just two days. The all leather belt is really good quality and comfortable. Another detail of LLBean is sizing, I was able to get the size belt that I needed. The Money Zip was an extra that I had not experienced before and a really neat idea to put some paper money in a safe spot when traveling. Thank You LLBean. Patrick

Rated 5 out of 5 by SweepRider Expensive, but you pay for quality.
One reviewer said this belt was stiff. Yes, it is new so it will be stiff until it wears in. Another reviewer indicated his 34" belt was actually 35". Yes that is also true, but slightly larger is better than too small.
The belt is high quality and I am very pleased with it. I have purchased one of these for each of my grown sons a few Christmases ago, and one for me a week ago in contemplation of a vacation. The belt looks real nice and is appropriate with a suit as well as jeans. The money has to be folded in elongated quarters (folded four times the long way) for the best fit. Plus you have the famous L.L. Bean lifetime guarantee. I have shopped at stores and internet and could find no better quality for the price.

Quality materials and construction make this belt a welcome addition to any man's wardrobe. The look is smart and mature lending well to informal attire as well as a more formal setting. The money enclosure is virtually seamless and invisible and lends itself well to every day use as well as for travel. I am impressed with this product and would feel good about gifting it to family or close friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MoneyBelt Well made belt
I like the belt and used it recently on a trip out of the country. It held 6 one hundred dollar bills with ease. I just folded two at a time into thirds and put them in the zippered compartment end to end for a perfect fit. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it was 1" larger than the size I ordered for my waste size. The standard for measuring belts is that they are made with 5 holes, each 1" apart. The length of a belt in inches is the amount of inches from the shaft of the buckle that the leather is attached, to the 3rd or center hole of the 5 holes. I ordered a 34" belt. A 34" belt should measure 34" from the far end of the prong (shaft in center of the buckle) to the center hole which is the 3rd hole. The belt I received was 35" to the center hole which leaves more belt hanging out than I like once it is buckled.

My husband has the earlier version of this belt--with a longer zipper and thus more room to stash cash. We prefer that belt because of the larger storage...and like the old buckle better, too. We bought this belt for our son, and hope he will like it.

I like the quality, however, money belts need to be the same color on the inside as the outside ! The color contrast draws to much attention at airport security?

Rated 5 out of 5 by bwcawcanoeist well made, excellent value
I ordered the belt in black and received it in just a few days. The quality is excellent and the zipper is long enough for three rows of bills. Really well made.
