Rated 5 out of 5 by Cabretta Very versatile pack for deer and turkey
I had been looking for the right fanny pack or backpack for a while for still hunting deer. This pack is ideal for deer hunting and can be hung on a deer stand or tree or stapped to the tree. Many compartments keep things separated and organized. There are options for how to carry. Very well though out product. Worth the cost. While I have not used it yet for turkey hunting, I suspect it will be very good for that too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Waynefish Just what I needed
I cant stand turkey vests. I'm sure its just me but, when I sit down turkey hunting I'm constantly fumbling from pocket to pocket trying to find a call or whatever. This pack holds everything I need. I set it on the ground between my legs and everything is right there. Going to buy another for deer hunting. Love it!

You can really pack a lot of stuff into this organizer. Hang it somewhere nearby and you have convenient access to all the gadgets you need to hunt. It is easy to carry to the stand with the shoulder strap and has two ways to hang it. It is also pretty quiet; it doesn't squeak when you walk and the zippers are quiet (for zippers).

Rated 4 out of 5 by ZackInMa I like it. Perfect bag for a day in the stand.
Will carry all the necessary items. Not big enough to fit a lunch for all day sits though. Built in hanger is a sweet feature. Seems well made. Material is quiet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Deergazer54 Perfect for deer hunting
This pack accomplished everything I wanted it to. I hunt from a tree stand in southern Illinois and was looking for something to contain all of the various items I take into the woods with me. This fit the bill perfectly!
I used it to hold my grunt calls, various scent containers, a compact hand saw for cutting tree limbs, a bag of wooden sticks for making deer antler rattling sounds, a couple of pocket knives, compact binoculars, a multi-tool, and a mesh face mask for concealment. I used to put all this stuff in my outer coat pockets which was bulky and uncomfortable.
I liked the fact that it had zippered compartments instead of Velcro, which can be noisy in the woods. The double-zippered area in the front unfolded and revealed a large containment area, which had mesh pockets inside to keep my items from moving around, it kept several items handy. The outside pockets held my scent containers and rattling sticks bag. The back side had a slim area perfect for my compact hand saw and it had a length of green string in it already. The camo fabric was quiet and blended well with my other hunting stuff.
I had looked at several other bags from other retail outlets, but I liked the hook (which comes out of a top zippered compartment) on the LLBean model, which others didn't offer. It also has a handy, adjustable carrying strap so you can throw it on your shoulder. In addition, it has a handle sewn on the top of the pack if you wanted to carry it with your hand.
This pack is not huge, but it's bigger than a fanny pack and smaller than a backpack. It carried everything I wanted it to, and I already see it getting a lot of use in the future.
Built to the standards of LLBean products, this pack is perfect for my needs. I highly recommend it to you.
