Rated 5 out of 5 by SCStatebulldog SOFT, COOL AND STUNNING!
I can't understand the negative reviews of Bean's percale sheets: they are incredibly soft and beautiful! These Indian block prints are just fabulous, and I have mixed and matched from the collection of blue and white patterns currently being offered. The results have given my bedroom a great makeover!!
I'm so pleased with these percale sheets, and I highly recommend them. They have a very deep pocket and they tuck in extremely well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by kali11 Flat sheet ripped for me, as well.
We also bought these 3 or 4 years ago and the fitted sheet also developed a significant tear in the middle of the sheet. They are unusable now. I would have expected more for the cost and have been super happy with them until now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Caroline208 Variable reviews from mine - would not repurchase
I purchased 2 sets (pink and green) based on the 100% cotton content and overall good reviews, and thinking some new sheets would be a treat. I don't understand the "thin" fabric cited since my sheets are really too heavy for me - only use them in the colder weather and still, they don't feel comfortable - and didn't soften upon washes as I had hoped. The top sheet size, since I have a platform bed, is fine but it seems it would be short in width with a box spring and mattress (length is okay). I wished they had used a little more fabric in the pillowcases. One Very Annoying Feature - same on both top sheets - is the top sheet border. It doesn't flatten as it should, is therefore wrinkly, and I even tried to repeatedly iron this border and the folds absolutely won't iron out. The double fabric border is also not as wide as other sheets that maybe adds to the problem of possibly too tight stitching, but this shouldn't have happened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hapoycamper Love these sheets
We are so happy with these sheets, the are soft, cool and yet crisp. They wash well, which is something of a trick as we are retired and RVing full time and I'm using a small combo RV washer. I am ordering more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by susha1956 Really nice sheets but...........
I love the percale sheets...feel nice and launder very nicely...but a corner of the fitted sheet rides up, because it just doesn't quite fit right. I have a pillowtop mattress but it still seems a bit big. Otherwise, I really like these sheets.

Rated 4 out of 5 by caty80 Very soft, but color not as expected
I bought the 280-Thread-Count Pima Cotton Percale Sheets in Antique Pine. They're very soft and comfortable and overall I'm very happy with them, but the color is not at all what I expected. Online the shade of green seemed much darker (much more "pine") but when they arrived the green is more washed out and pale. I'm disappointed in the color, but they're very comfortable sheets so I'm keeping them!

Rated 2 out of 5 by WilliamATK Antique pine: color misleading
The material of this item is quite nice, however the color is substantially lighter than the picture would portray, and my opinion much less attractive. I intend to return it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ca5557 Don't count of a good fit...
I have 2 king sets of these sheets. The first set felt nice but the fitted sheet was a bit too large. It slid up the mattress occasionally and over 6 months or so the elastic weakened. I was satisfied enough though to order another set.
The second set which I bought about a year later, felt ok, but oddly different. The biggest issue however was with the fitted sheet. It was HUGE, about an extra 2" in surface all around, and the elastic seamed weak right from the start. Washing doesn't shrink it either. I was disappointed, but didn't bother to return it. Too lazy, and... I'd washed it several times.
Nice sheets but consistency seems to be a concern.

While the sheet appears ok..must admit I am disappointed that it is so expensive for just a sheet and nothing more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by givememore Sheets did not hold up well
I bought these sheets in queen size, both fitted, flat and pillow cases about 3-4 years ago. They were all right for first few years and then last year the fitted sheet ripped apart in the middle and the top hem of the flat sheet shredded. I wash them in warm water and hang outside in good weather or on low dryer in winter. I have had other sheets for as many as 10 years with no problems like this.
I was quite surprised at the lack of durability of these sheets. They are now going in the "rag drawer".
