Ordering Catalog ItemsWith L.L.Bean Catalog Quickshop®, it's easy to find and order an item from one of our print catalogs. Just type the item number into the search box at the top left of any page.
Adding Items to Your Shopping BagOnce you've found an item you'd like to order, simply select all the required options (such as size and color) and click “Add to Bag.“
Changing the Shipping RecipientTo select shipping recipients for all or part of your order, start by clicking the Shopping Bag icon at the upper right corner of any page.
To send all items in your order to a single recipient: Click the dropdown-menu labeled "Ship All Items to" at the top of your Shopping Bag. Choose "Add New Recipient" and enter a nickname (like "Dad" or "Suzie at Work"). We'll ask you for the shipping address during checkout. If you have an llbean.com account, you can log in and choose from your list of previously saved recipients.
To send items to more than one recipient: Click the dropdown menu labeled "Ship to Multiple Recipients" at the top of your Shopping Bag. Then click the "Shipping to" dropdown menu next to your first item. If you have an llbean.com account, you can log in and choose from your list of previously saved recipients. Otherwise, choose "Add New Recipient" and enter a nickname (like "Dad" or "Suzie at Work"). We'll ask you for the shipping address during checkout.
Repeat these steps with each item in your order, then proceed to checkout.
Checking OutFrom your Shopping Bag, click the "Continue to Checkout" button. If you have an llbean.com account, log in, and we'll automatically fill in available shipping and billing information to save time during checkout.
If you don't have an llbean.com account, you can check out as a guest. Once you have completed your order, we'll ask you if you'd like to create an account to use next time you visit.
Proceed through the checkout screens, filling out all required information. The progress indicator at the top of the screen will let you know when you've completed the Shipping Information, Billing Information and Payment Options sections (help with Payment Options).
Checking Out with PayPalIf you'd prefer to pay using your PayPal account, click the "Check out with PayPal" button in your Shopping Bag. After you log in to PayPal and confirm your shipping and billing details, you will return to llbean.com to review before placing your order.
Completing Your OrderOn the Review and Place Order screen, you'll have one more chance to look over your order. Click "Place Your Order" to submit the order. The last screen will be a Thank You page, which you can print out for your records.
We'll send you an order confirmation via email, to be followed by a shipping notification with tracking information. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or comments about your order.
Changes to Your OrderWe're sorry, order information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we may be unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. Sales Tax InformationWe are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to any state where L.L.Bean has a physical presence. How do I track my package?
Visit Purchase History & Order Tracking to check the status of your shipment(s). If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We usually provide this information within two days of placing your order. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with the shipper's tracking information.
How do I determine my size?

How do I redeem a promo code?
If you have a promotion code to enter, click "Add Promo Code" in your Shopping Bag (below your order summary on the right-hand side). Enter your code and click "Redeem." Your savings will be applied to your order. You can also enter a promo code on the Payment Options screen during checkout.
If you were offered a promotion via email, simply click the link in the email offer and the code will automatically be applied to your order.
