Rated 5 out of 5 by dogloverinmichigan Paisley Floral -- Love It!
The online photo of the Paisley Floral duvet does not do it justice! I initially looked online for a new duvet and found nothing that would work for me. A couple days later I got a catalog that showed the Paisley Floral and I couldn't believe I hadn't seen that online. I went back to the computer -- and missed it again -- I needed to input the item number to find it. The online photo seems very washed out compared to the catalog and real life.
The colors work great with my previously purchased wrinkle-resistant sheets in 'natural'.
The duvet is very well made and came out of the dryer without a wrinkle. I have always stayed away from the 'sateen' because I was afraid it would be too satin-y / slippery, but I do not find that to be the case. I may have to consider this line for my next set of sheets.
I am extremely happy with my purchase. I'd love to see more LLBean duvets with patterns.

Rated 3 out of 5 by jbf06 Fabric tore....
I bought this for my elderly Mom who basically sits in an easy chair all day long and was using this duvet with her down comforter for warmth. She has had it less than a month and it already has a tear in it. It had also been washed once and the inside ties for holding the down comforter in place, although handy, were already fraying. I will be returning it. Other than that it was a nice, smooth fabric with a subtle, but lovely pattern.

Rated 5 out of 5 by evgeneia Love the new color too!
I previously reviewed this duvet cover--explaining why I love it. It's very soft and smooth, well made with quality fabric. I purchased originally for a guest room queen bed in Khaki and loved it so much I bought another for the master bedroom in moss.
I would normally have purchased a blue cover, but moss was the only color left in king and I so enjoy the queen cover, I thought I'd try the moss.
It totally works in my bedroom--yay! The pale moss is a pale-medium green with yellow in the color. It's a warm green--which is perfect with my pale yellow walls and paisley green, blue and yellow quilt. Fantastic! Another great buy--and on sale to boot!

I recently purchased the Queen size in khaki and love it! The fabric is smooth, soft and substantial. It feels great against the skin! It's heavy and well made--I anticipate this lasting a loooong time.
My favorite part of the fabric is the smoothness and how easily pet hair brushes right off--perfect!
The khaki is a pretty medium khaki color--very neutral.
My only complaint is how wrinkled it gets in the dryer. I'm not a fan of ironing and was afraid I'd have to iron it because it looked terrible fresh from the dryer. But within a day or so the wrinkles just fell out and no ironing was needed.
Love this so much I ordered one for the master bedroom. The only color left was moss and I'm hoping it works. I wish Bean continued to make these in solid colors!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Alehar KHAKI is BEAUTIFUL
Bought this to cover the Queen size Primaloft comforter in the Khaki shade. It is beautiful on. A very rich regal look with the Sateen finish. The color is neutral enough to match with any other bedding choices. The added plus is this cover has ties inside each corner to hook through the comforter corners so the comforter stays in place inside without sliding about. Highly recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kizyle Thick Material, Good Quality
I have a king size bed with a down blanket and I needed a duvet cover. I got the king size white 340TC cotton sateen duvet and it is perfect. It is a very thick, well made material and it feels great to sleep on. I washed it after opening the package and put it on the bed. Very comfortable, very smooth material. It seems like it's build to last but it is very warm, so be careful to not get too warm of an insert to go inside of it. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ExactingBuyer Fabulous!
I bought the sheets last year and just bought the comforter cover. They are wonderful! The fabric is soft with a wonderful sheen to it. I wash and dry them every other week (alternating sets). I find the quality superb. After more than a year of use they still look new. We also have a new bed with a pillow top. These sheets fit it perfectly. They are deep enough to cover the entire mattress and the cover comes well over the edge to cover the mattress. I highly recommend them. I only wish they has a few more patterns. I like the varied colors of at least the sheet or the comfort cover being patterned with the alternate being plain. My husband is very fussy about his bedding and he has given these rave reviews!

Rated 5 out of 5 by sprucefrost Soft and silky!
Have this in the solid ivory over the warmer baffle-box stitch down comforter. The cover is soft and silky and really makes for a luxurious combination. It does wrinkle, so if you are want a more finished look and do not intend to cover it with a bead spread, this may be an issue. Have washed it several times and it remains smooth, extremely soft, and silky. Highly recommend.

I purchased the ivory comforter cover (duvet) for my older son's bedroom. He is away at college. I love it! It is very soft and feels great against your skin. The weight of the material is nice, gives it a little more substantial feel than some other covers. Shipping was quick. I intend to purchase another for the down comforter in our master bedroom! Please do not change the material! I haven't had to wash the cover yet, and hope that it washes nicely. I really don't want to be disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Betsabeth It's a Duvet not a Comforter
I've been looking for a comforter with a pretty design and with some of the colors that I've painted my bedroom in, after months of looking I discovered that L.L.Bean carried bedding, which I was not aware of. After looking under ?Comforters & Covers? I finally found one that had the color combinations that I've been looking for along with a design that I liked. I ordered the comforter along with the matching sham, when my order arrived I thought, "this bag is way to small to have a comforter in it" then I thought, ?I wonder if L.L.Bean sent me the wrong item?. When I opened the bag my comforter was not in there, in its place was a duvet cover with the same design. I went online to view my purchase to see if I had accidentally ordered the duvet instead of the comforter. When I looked at the comforter it was listed as a "Sateen Comforter Cover, Floral", in actuality it was not a comforter it was a duvet.
My question is why is this item listed as a comforter cover and not what it actually is, a duvet!
I am disappointed with the misleading description of this product; nowhere in the description of this comforter cover does it say it?s a duvet. This should be changed and the product should be listed as a duvet. I'm sure this has happened to many other customers and if the item description is changed I?m sure this would cut back on returns.
I feel that it would be worth it for L.L.Bean not only to carry the duvets but to also carry the comforters with the same designs, as other bedding companies do, this may increases your sales.
