Rated 5 out of 5 "Moss green" should be called "greenish beige"
It's not at all the pretty green I thought I saw on the website. I'm sure I'll love these sheets when I exchange them for another color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by hopethisworks Great sheets
Received a complete set about a week ago. Washed them before using. Thoroughly pleased. Nice crisp feel, flat sheet is long enough for very generous fold over the blanket and do not wrinkle excessively. The fitted sheet is very generous and although I would like it to fit more snuggly, I do realize there are so many depths of mattresses. Mfr has to please all tastes. Have been stung a few times buying sheet sets from discount stores and decided to go for these sheets. More pricy that I would like but satisfied so far. If they do not measure up in the long run am hoping that Bean will replace.

Rated 2 out of 5 by lookingforclassics Wrinkle too badly
I bought these sheets based on the Consumer Reports review, and I love the feel of them. I, however, have experienced what several other reviewers have. The top hem edge of the flat sheet becomes very wrinkled. I tried ironing just the hem, but it didn't help. I've been married 50 years and have never experienced this with sheets.

Rated 2 out of 5 by LSLmom Comfortable but not durable
I've had these sheets about 2 years. We find them to be very comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the top edge of the sheets and edge of the pillowcases. As another reviewer mentioned, they have become creased, almost pleated, even with ironing. They are beginning to fray along the creases. I don't know when the creased edges started. By the time I noticed it, ironing did not help. Besides, ironing sheets is not something I have time to do. We like the feel of the sheets but unfortuantely they did not prove to be durable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CottonWearer Wonderful Smoothness
I bought this product in the full size with the matching fitted sheet and pillow cases in the Vintage Green color. I love them all! The color was well represented online and goes well with the rest of my bedding ensemble on that bed. I love the extra length of this flat sheet! There is plenty to tuck in at the foot so it won't come loose, and yet it still leaves an extra amount at the head to fold over the rest of the blankets for their protection from face oils. The best part, though, is that the fabric is so wonderfully smooth that cat hair is easily removed from it by rubbing lightly and quickly with a small rubber cat brush to collect it in a little pile that is then easily picked up with my fingers and carried away. My cat has taken to sleeping with me in the last year, but I am finicky about cat hair on things, so this is a great find for me. I also love the smoothness so that my nightgown doesn't get stuck on the sheet's surface when I turn over, so that I'm wrapped like a mummy when I wake up. They wash up wonderfully, dry quickly, and the few wrinkles that are retained don't bother me in the least. The color has not faded either.

Rated 2 out of 5 by kcgauss Feels like polyester
Although the sheet is well made with a generous cut, the fabric itself does not feel like cotton. It feels more like polyester -- slick rather than crisp, I'll just keep patching my vintage Wamsutta percale sheets as I have given hope of ever replacing them with like quality. I wonder if the difference is in the type of cotton used? My guess is (and this is just a guess) that the older sheets were made from Upland cotton rather than softer Pima or Egyptian cottons. Would love to know for sure.

I've ordered pima cotton t-shirts and polos and have been happy with those purchases. I received the bed sheet and it's literally one sheet. I thought I was ordering a fitted sheet and piilow cases based upon the picture but received one sheet. I've now used the sheet for a week, and for the price it's not different then the jersey sheets I've purchased for considerably cheaper locally.

Rated 1 out of 5 by beachgirl70 colors off
I ordered sheet sets in Lake Blue and Light Blue for my beach home where I have frequent guests. The Lake color was a light blue that wasn't even a pretty shade and the Light Blue looks like a dingy grey. My daughter said they looked like old hospital sheets. I was very disappointed as LLBean usually has great products. I hate to return things so I'm going to donate these to a shelter. And I even feel a little badly about giving them such blah colors.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Cali48 soft?
I find that the sheets are scratchy and not very soft even after a few washings.

Rated 3 out of 5 by COmailorderer Average sheet, not that durable
I purchased these based on a rating in Consumer Reports, and was a bit disappointed when I got them. They were fine new, but nothing special. They really didn't wear well, either - I've had cheaper sheets wear out and rip this fast, but not ones in this price class. I think you can do better for your money.
