Our exciting women's-only introduction course is a great way to learn the popular sport of stand up paddle boarding the perfect blend of exercise and fun. Paddle boarding, or SUP as it's commonly called, builds core body strength while allowing you to enjoy scenic lakes, coves and inlets.
In a relaxed environment, you'll learn the fundamentals of stand up paddling and the essential water skills for being safe on the water. You'll learn the nose draw plus forward and sweep strokes. You'll also be introduced to seated pivot turns and the fundamentals of moving on your board.
You'll also learn how to use every piece of equipment, maneuver your board and the best paddling strokes for specific wind and water conditions. You'll receive one-on-one coaching and plenty of time to practice what you've learned. Be prepared to work hard and get wet, while learning about the fun sport of paddle boarding.
All necessary paddle boarding equipment is provided.
