Looking for a fun alternative to the gym? Do you enjoy being outside? Our five-day L.L.Bean-style fitness boot camp will keep you moving and get you on the path to a more active lifestyle.
Our fun, friendly boot camp makes it easy to learn a new sport and build strength and endurance. Each session features a mix of outdoor activities in varied terrain to keep you motivated and help you reach peak fitness. Our workouts include trail running, stand up paddle boarding (SUP) fitness, SUP yoga and fitness hula hooping. Come enjoy the outdoors, meet fun people, have fun and get fit!
Each class lasts 11/2 hours, and includes a warm-up, workout and cool down. Beginner and intermediate fitness levels are welcome.
L.L.Bean does not usually cancel events due to inclement weather. However, we reserve the right to cancel an event at any time due to severe weather, low enrollment or other concerns. If L.L.Bean cancels your event, you will receive a full refund for the cost of your reservation.
