I consistently buy and wear these no hassle pants, easy on, easy off, no binding when seated for long periods of time, wash and dry beautifully and hold their color indefinitely. Love the new green color.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gvond love the fit, but waist band is poorly designed
I love the fit of these pants, and the look. I have to give them only 3 stars because the waist band is only tacked down with a few stitches, which causes it to twist around which is uncomfortable. After a couple of months of wear both waistbands (I bought 2 pair) have come completely apart! So a better waistband design is definitely a necessity with these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by commandokathy uncomfortable waistband
I loved the material and the fit was great but the waistband is a wide uncovered elastic band that is only tacked down. The elastic was uncomfortable next to the skin and looked cheap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Katydid52 Nice fit for a curvy shape
I've worn the boot cut style of this pant for many years, but I started to feel like they were baggy and searched for a different cut.
I ordered 2 pair of this slim cut assuming they would be too tight because I am not "slim" at all. I am 5'7" 145, and order med. tall large. The fit is perfect for me. There is no band at the waist and with no pockets they lay smooth, which is nice with fitted tops.
The rise (crotch to waist) is long which I like, but may be too much for others. The medium tall fit varies between the 3 styles I purchase, so that's a little frustrating. The lengths and rise of all of them vary.
I ordered khaki and black. The khaki is a little more yellow than I like, but I kept them anyway. I will definitely order more of these :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rosanne Nice jeans one downside
Hi all, I was disappointed but not with the quality. I ordered the black in 8 petite, however, unlike my small hips and legs my waist is thick probably 30"(I don't measure it) need to exercise more. That was the only downside for me. I could not button them but the rest of the jean was good quality. The size 10 would be too large in the areas where I am small. So if you are an "innie" in the waist these will be fine. Good luck.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Islander2 These look great and are very comfortable.
These pants seem a little pricey but they are worth it- at least in the black color. I am 5'2 and 130 lbs and the petite small fit perfectly in every way. I just ordered my second pair of the black. When I held them up to my old ones there was virtually no shrinkage and the black had not faded even after going thru the washer and dryer at least 10 times. They are extremely comfortable as well. The navy didn't hold the color as well so I did not order more in that color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hello7 Nice, unusual
I've never bought these long time staples of LL Bean's before, but I find them charming. The darts and flat, higher waist make them dressy. I also find the profile of the pant to be fairly slim and the cuff to hang quite well.
The material is 90% cotton jersey, so it's got that baseline cotton quality, and the tag is what I go by, not the material's passing similarity to leggings or sweat pants.
The pant is also quite warm, very handy on this snowmageddon day here in the Boston area.
Lastly, the color of the khaki is really the color camel, and I bought the slacks because I like this exact shade so much. For decades, this color has been associated with pricey clothing and styles, like camel hair coats and pricey wool slacks. Here you can get it for a moderate price. I compared this color to the twill blend khaki and while close, the latter has more grey in it. So, kudos for the color mixing used in this pant. I'm also thinking of getting the intriguing olive heather color.

Rated 3 out of 5 by snowflake100 problem waistband
The slim fit, plain front looks nice. But the waist band is not
stitched down. It is only tacked at the seams, causing the
elastic to twist and roll. Otherwise, the pants fit and material

Rated 5 out of 5 by young62 Perfect Fit!!
I'm 5'1 and 135. I have these in 4 colors. I wear them all year. They fit, wash and feel fabulous. The waist fits and looks great. Most pants sit below the waist and are to tight giving you a muffin top. I was so happy when these came out. I like the fact they come with no pockets which gives a slimmer look. They are perfect for work and play. You can even dress them up with a nice top for a special night out. The fabric is soft, comfortable and feel great. Like yoga pants but nicer. Please don't discontinue them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by brookljen hardly slim
Ive been wearing Perfect fit pants as office gear, in the neighborhood, even to church for more years than I can remember - certainly dating back to a period when only one fit was available. generally Ive bought in the ":Large Petite" size.
They have varied in fit over the years - but generaly my favovites have been the versions with more fit in the lower legs - I have some legacy pairs that are quite tight at the ankle. I recently notices how baggy my recent purchases had become , even in the original version, especially in the lower leg, Also, the fabric seems to have gotten sleezier so that any clumping in the ankle area looks sloppier and less presentable. So I bought the "slim" version for the first time, even though I am hardly slim myself. Well they are hardly slim at all, maybe slightly more so than the other variations but they still flop out a considerable degree at the ankle and through the lower leg.. I'd encourace LLBean to work on a truly fitted version of this pant with better fabric quality. Its sad to see such a standly product fail to fully satisfy.
