About This Item

We worked with the fleece specialists at Polartec to create this highly compressible layer – ideal for any cool-weather outing, from a walk along Main Street to an autumn hike. Polartec Thermal Pro® polyester fleece, an L.L.Bean exclusive, is knit with an innovative grid pattern inside to trap body heat and channel moisture. It's bonded to a smooth fleece exterior that's densely knit for even more warmth in cooler weather – without a lot of weight.

Polartec Power Stretch® side and underarm panels allow for greater range of motion while hiking or running. Wind flap keeps cold from seeping through zipper teeth. Droptail hem cinches closed with a one-hand drawcord. Internal stretch-mesh pockets expand to fit gloves or a water bottle. Imported. Machine wash and dry.

How to Measure: Misses' and Women's

Chest/Bust

Measure around the chest at the fullest point of the bust.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline.

Hips/Seat

Measure around fullest point of seat while standing.

Inseam

Measure similar pants that fit you well. Lay them flat, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem.

Sleeve Length

With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from center back neck, over point of shoulder, down the outside of the arm to the wrist.

Torso (Swimsuits)

Start by the neck at the highest point of the shoulder, then measure down over the chest through the crotch and continue up the back to the starting point.
