These ultralight poles have a built-in suspension system that absorbs the bumps you encounter on the trail. This reduces the amount of stress your knees and lower joints will feel. The new Aergon EVA foam grips feature a rounded grip top for palming while descending steep trails and a 10% angle that keeps your wrists in a neutral position during pole plants. Grip extension lets you quickly change hand position on steep switchbacks. Superstrong HTS 6.5 series aluminum shafts have such a high tensile strength that Leki offers a lifetime warranty against breakage. Right- and left-hand-specific wrist straps provide an excellent fit. Straps are lined with quick-drying nylon that wicks moisture away from your skin. Replaceable carbide tips hold securely on virtually any terrain. Three-section design collapses into a small package.
