100th Anniversary Hometown Celebration
July 4 - 7
Help us celebrate L.L.Bean's 100th anniversary with four days of fun here in our hometown of Freeport, Maine. The whole family will enjoy watching the greatest fireworks display in Maine history, listening to free outdoor concerts and seeing the Fourth of July parade march right down Main Street. You'll also get the chance to compete in a 10K race or try out kayaking with our expert instructors. Make sure to check out the L.L.Bean Bootmobile while you're here!
Food Festival

Free Concert - Chatham County Line

Contemporary bluegrass favorites, Chatham County Line, have released several albums and toured extensively in the US and Europe over the last decade. This popular acoustic quartet is known for its creative songwriting, strong string picking and classic Americana sound. This Way, a local band from Portland, ME, will open the show with energetic roots rock featuring vocal harmonies, acoustic guitar and foot-stomping rhythm. Bring a lawn chair for this outdoor show at L.L.Bean's Discovery Park.
Dog Days of August

Bring your best friend to this late summer celebration featuring fun activities, canine contests and more. You'll also get the chance to attend presentations by expert dog handlers and participate in a dog walk for a good cause.
