Save on delivery charges with L.L.Bean In-Store Pickup. Simply place your order online and choose from the list of participating L.L.Bean retail stores. We'll call you when your order is ready for pickup, usually in about five to seven business days.
How It Works
Free in-store pickup is available for most in-stock items. Backordered items, as well as some items that require special handling (such as furniture, boats, bikes and gift cards), are not eligible.- In your Shopping Bag, click the "Change" link (under Ship To) next to your first item. Select your L.L.Bean store from the "Ship to Store" pulldown menu (if this menu does not appear on the "Change Ship To" page, this item is not eligible for in-store pickup). Please note: If your preferred store is shown in gray text and cannot be selected, in-store pickup is temporarily unavailable at that location.
- Continue with additional items, then check out as usual. Estimated delivery time, including any additional time for services such as monogramming or gift boxing, will be shown during checkout.
Note: We recommend printing out the "Thank You" page to bring with you when you pick up your order. - When your order is ready for pickup, a representative will call you at the daytime phone number you provided during checkout. You can pick up your order any time during regular store hours, starting at 4:30 p.m. the day you receive the call.
Orders will be held at the store for seven days. After this time, we will contact you about issuing a credit and returning the item(s) to our warehouse. - When you arrive to pick up your order, bring a printout of your "Thank You" page or order confirmation email to any register. You will need to bring a photo ID that matches the name on credit card you used to make your purchase. For your security, orders will be released only to the purchaser with valid ID.
