Oregon Scientific Public Alert Weather Station

Dear Valued L.L.Bean Customer,

Our records show you purchased or received the Oregon Scientific Public Alert Weather Station (DKD2) between December 2005 and June 2007. The manufacturer, Oregon Scientific, is voluntarily recalling these weather stations in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The Public Alert Weather Station can be identified by the Oregon Scientific model number WRB308 on the back panel of the unit (back panel, middle right side). A software glitch in the Weather Stations prevents them from consistently receiving some National Weather Service alert signals.

Please return your Weather Station to L.L.Bean. You will receive a full refund including your original ship charge.
