Snow and Sand Castle Maker or Snow Castle/Snowball Maker Set
- If you have a replacement block kit, you may reuse its shipping container or use any other convenient shipping container. Attach the enclosed pink mailing label to the package; this label covers postage costs if mailed through the US Postal Service. Please make sure the label is not covered by tape used to seal the package. You can then mail it through any US Post Office.
- If you do not have a replacement block kit, place the large block maker in any convenient shipping container and return it by mail to the address below. Please print and fill out the address form below and enclose it with the large block maker when you make your return. We will refund your postage cost and send you an improved large block maker.
- For any assistance in making the return, please call a specialist in our Customer Service department at 800-555-9717. We can arrange for a FedEx® pickup of your large block maker and send you an improved large block maker, or we can send you a replacement block kit that includes an improved large block maker and a postage-paid label.
