Radio Flyer Walker Wagon
Dear Customer,
Our records show you have purchased or received the Radio Flyer Walker Wagon (YT51). FOR SAFETY CONCERNS, PLEASE STOP USING THE WALKER WAGON IMMEDIATELY. Radio Flyer is working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to voluntarily recall these wagons. The black clickers next to the rear wheels of the Walker Wagon may break, creating a potential choking or aspiration hazard. Radio Flyer can provide improved clickers, as well as instructions on how to replace the originals.
If this option is not acceptable, you can return the wagon to us for your choice of an exchange, a full refund or an L.L.Bean Gift Card. If you purchased this product as a gift, please pass this information on to the recipient or call us at 800-555-9717, and we will send this letter to them.
