- Please print, complete and enclose this form with the Outdoorsman in a Bottle (BLJ2) when you return it to L.L.Bean. You may also simply write this information on a sheet of paper you enclose with the bottle; for the efficient processing of your return, please write "Outdoorsman in a Bottle Recall" at the top of the sheet.
- Please contact us for a pink mailing label that will cover postage costs if mailed through the US Postal Service. Please place the item in a shipping package, making sure the label is not covered by tape used to seal the package. You can then mail it through any US Post Office.
