Wool Open-Back Comfort Clogs (DFM4, DFM5)
- Please place the clogs in a shipping container and return to the address shown below. If your clogs have any staples or tacks exposed, please use the original box or request a shipping box for the safety of anyone handling this return. Please print and fill out the address form below and enclose it with the clogs when you make your return. We will refund your postage cost.
- For any assistance in making the return, please call a specialist in our Customer Service department at 800-555-9717. We can arrange for a FedEx® pickup of your clogs, send you a package for shipping and/or send you an address label that will pay for postage.
- If you have already sold or given the clogs away, or need any other assistance or information, please call the toll-free number above.
Please print, complete and enclose this form with the Wool Open-Back Comfort Clogs (DFM4, DFM5) when you return them to L.L.Bean. You may also simply write this information on a sheet of paper you enclose with the clogs; for the efficient processing of your return, please write "Wool Open-Back Comfort Clogs" at the top of the sheet.
