Infants' Faux-Shearling Booties

Dear Valued L.L.Bean Customer,

Our records show that you purchased or received the Infants’ Faux-Shearling Booties (BNK1) sometime after July 3, 2006. L.L.Bean has learned that some of the zippers may break during use and become a small-part choking hazard. For the infant’s safety, please immediately remove these booties from use.

Although no injuries have been reported, we are aware of incidents of the zipper breaking away from the booties. L.L.Bean is voluntarily working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to recall the booties. Only booties purchased after July 3, 2006, are affected by this recall.
