L.L.Bean has learned that the alcohol and iodine prep pads contained in these Sporting Dog First Aid Kits have been recalled because of potential contamination . Please immediately inspect your Sporting Dog First Aid Kit and follow these instructions:

If you purchased this kit between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2010, please remove and dispose of any remaining alcohol prep pads. If you purchased this kit between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009, please remove and dispose of any remaining iodine prep pads. You should have received replacement pads in the mail.

As always, our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies. If you are not satisfied with this product for any reason, you may return the kit to us for your choice of a full refund or a gift card. If you decide to do this, please mail your package to L.L.Bean to the attention of "Sporting Dog First Aid Kit Recall."
