The fishing is good for catfish, bass, striper and walleye at Keystone State Park.

Savor the quiet beauty of Keystone Lake.

This 714-acre resort park, 10 miles west of Sand Springs off U.S. 412, is home to pristine Keystone Lake.

The blue-green lake, measuring 26,300 acres with 330 miles of shoreline, is surrounded by woods, high bluffs and low rolling hills.

The lake has outstanding fishing for stripers, walleyes, catfish, white or black bass and crappie. There is a children's fishing pond.

Lake breezes make windsurfing and sailing popular. The marina has an enclosed fishing dock, rental slips, fuel and supplies.

The park's three campgrounds have more than 150 RV and primitive tent sites. Full RV hook-ups are available and a sanitary dump station is provided.

The park has 22 fully-equipped cabins.

From October to March, bald eagles visit the park. An eagle observation platform is located on the north end of the dam.

The park has several hiking trails. The Whispering Hills trail, a one-mile loop that skirts the shores of Keystone Lake, provides a close-up view of the park's plant and animal communities.
