The park is named for this beautiful blue pool.

Blue Hole offers habitat to many birds and animals.

The Blue Hole is a popular recreational spot where water on its way from a tributary to the Sibun River, emerges from a pool about 25 feet deep.

In addition to the pool, you can explore St. Herman's Cave, once used by the Mayan people. Pottery vessels, spears and other artifacts have been recovered in the cave.

The park, located 12 miles southeast of Belmopan, encompasses 575 acres of forest that are home to many birds and animals.
