For more than 100 years, the Adams family lived along the Missouri River in southeastern South Dakota. Today, the land they held so dear for the past century is a peaceful place for everyone to enjoy. This park offers more than 10 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails, a picnic shelter and a visitor center with interpretive displays. There are observation blinds along the trails and a restored school house and church. Park staff are continuously working to improve wildlife habitat here. While using the area's trails and other recreation facilities, visitors have many opportunities to learn more about the land's rich natural and historical significance.
