Choosing Running Apparel
Today's running apparel is made of comfortable performance fabrics to meet all your active needs. Here's what you should look for:
- Light weight
- Stretch for at least 10-20 minutes each session.
- Breathability
- Ventilation
- Moisture transfer
Fit is also important. Many running shirts have deep, comfortable armholes and nonbinding crew necks. Women's shirts are designed specifically for women, with curved hemlines and coverage where it's needed. Look for running shorts with nonbinding legs and short inseams, so you move easily through your stride.
