Choosing Running Apparel

Today's running apparel is made of comfortable performance fabrics to meet all your active needs. Here's what you should look for:

  1. Light weight
  2. Stretch for at least 10-20 minutes each session.

  5. Moisture transfer

Fit is also important. Many running shirts have deep, comfortable armholes and nonbinding crew necks.
