Itinerary
From our Paddling Center on Casco Bay, you'll paddle to an island for a picnic lunch, then have a visit with working lobstermen. At Island Base Camp in the evening, you'll enjoy a delicious dinner. Afterwards, sit back and stargaze as night descends on the bay. You'll paddle approximately 6 miles throughout the day.
Following breakfast the next morning, your day-long expedition to area islands begins. At a leisurely pace, you'll paddle approximately 12 miles throughout the day. The first stop will be Eagle Island. The afternoon will be spent paddling to Long Island, where you will have dinner and a relaxing evening at a historic bed and breakfast.
The final day takes you to the Long Island Museum before departing for a delightful ferry ride to peaceful Chebeague Island. There you'll settle back into your kayak and paddle along a chain of surrounding islands. We'll stop for a picnic lunch, then return to the Paddling Center. You will paddle approximately 6 miles back to the Paddling Center.
