There are so many islands in Casco Bay that they are known as the Calendar Islands, one for every day of the year. Our three-day paddling excursion will introduce you to just a few – and leave you wanting more. This special part of the world offers spectacular scenery and fascinating historic landmarks. You'll experience the Maine coast while paddling at a leisurely pace. Gulls and ospreys wheel overhead as you make your way past forested islands, ledges where seals often stop to rest and sandy beaches. Our expert guides will enhance your appreciation of the surroundings with their knowledge of plants, animals and local history. Of course, no trip to Maine is complete without a traditional clambake. You'll enjoy fresh lobster and other local specialties to fuel your days of discovery.
