Itinerary

Your adventure starts at L.L.Bean's Paddling Center on Casco Bay in Freeport. From there, you'll travel to the Belgrade Lakes region where we'll launch the canoes and paddle to a picnic area for lunch. Your experienced guides will assist you with paddling techniques and using the equipment. Then it's back on the water where you'll paddle to the lakefront campsite, your home for the night. Enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared by your guides. You can then choose to relax, play games, or enjoy an evening paddle. Comfortable tents and sleeping bags will be waiting for you when you're ready to turn in.

In the morning, after a hearty breakfast prepared by your guides, you'll slip into your canoe and leisurely paddle back to the launch site. After lunch on the water, we'll return to the L.L.Bean Paddling Center.
