Fly-Fishing Essentials II: Two-Day Introductory Course

  • Learn the skills you need to find and land fish on your own
  • Practice casting with a smooth, effortless rhythm
  • Get individual attention and video analysis from our expert instructors

This two-day course will offer you an education that would take years to learn on your own. It provides all the skills beginning fly-fishing enthusiasts need to confidently get out on the water alone. Our instructor-to-participant ratio enables you to receive plenty of individual attention. Includes fishing time on a private pond stocked with rainbow trout.

Itinerary
In the classroom, your instructors will give a fly-tackle overview and lessons in knot tying, fly tying, fish-food identification and strategies for moving water. Then you'll step outside to practice casting and test your abilities at a nearby pond.
