Rated 5 out of 5 by Babbage Beautiful, dressy, light!
I bought 4 of these, two in white, the mineral red, which is pinkish, and the indigo.
I wash them and then dry for 12-15 minutes in the dryer, gently stretch the sleeves outward while damp as they tended to be a bit tight, then they are perfect. I finish drying on a rack.
I hope they will have some more in light colors for next year, like Aqua, true blue, (my favorite LL bean color) light green, coral, and dressy black.
They really look great with a camisole, or tank top.

This is the first time in all years I have purchased at LLBean. that I am very disappointed. The fabric is really poor, does not wash well. Ordered large and it ended up one size smaller. I ordered it for a summer coverup and it does not breathe and is too warm

Lovely sweater that looks romantic & breezy without being prissy. I always order a Medium at LLBean but wished I had ordered a Large.

I ordered the Mineral Red Heather color. It looked like a light brick red on the website. The sweater I got was a very light pink. I like the fit, feel, and comfort of the sweater, so I will keep it. I also wear a lot of pink, which is my best color. But it is too bad it is labeled as "red" and looks red on the website. I also notice it looks great with my cranberry color travel dress so this will make a good pairing.

Gorgeous sweater! Worth every dime! Need to size up though, runs small. Make more colors! I bought white, goes with everything.

Rated 3 out of 5 by colorfan Way too small and skimpy - try a larger size
This lovely sweater fits like a kid sister to a similar cardigan from 2014 in the same size. I was able to order the next size up and hoping this will fit, because it's otherwise pretty special.

I really wanted to like this cardigan. It was just want I was looking for-lightweight and in a color that would go with anything(white). But the sleeves were so narrow that couldn't wear it with anything with sleeves. The cut of the sweater was very slim overall, and was not very becoming for those of us who have a more mature figure. Too bad.

This sweater is not only pretty, but is stylish as well. Soft, holds it's shape wash after wash, and is the perfect light cover-up. I love it !!

I bought two bayshore open cardigans , first in a small size but these turned out to not fit well ( even though that is my usual size), then exchanged it for a medium size. The sweaters were nice looking and good for a light layer in the summer but once I washed the white sweater ( gentle cycle, layed flat to dry) it became quite misshapen and looked pretty bad. would not recommend these at all.

I am 5'4, 140#, pear shape. Usually wear med petite, but ordered medium regular in white. Just fits.....seems to run a bit small across bust. Falls low hip on me. Lovely pattern and I use as a light layer to dress up jeans, slacks, skirts. Surprisingly, even with the open weave it provides some warmth. I have worn it over both colored and white short sleeve and sleeveless tees. The white tees do not show much through the open weave, but the dark short sleeve ones were somewhat visible on the upper arm, so if that is an issue for you, this is not the sweater for you. Have not washed item yet. One criticism and reason for only 4 stars is the sleeves are quite snug on the upper arm, an issue I am finding more and more with tops. I do not have heavy arms. The sweater sleeves have stretched out some so they are more comfortable, but I could not wear this over a long sleeve top. Overall, the high quality I have come to expect from LL Bean.
