I like the style and fit of this skort. However, it comes out of the dryer a bit wrinkly and, according to the care label, it can't be ironed. Other than that, I like it.

I purchased this skort several years ago and have since purchased three of the Runabout Skorts, which I much prefer. The primary problem with this skort is that the waist is tight (I'm apple shaped) and the front flap doesn't hang evenly. Fabric is good for kayaking and dries quickly. It is a bit too short for my aging legs, and that's another reason I love the Runabout Skorts. They are well worth the extra money especially since, at my age, I figure they're the last skorts I'll have to buy. ;-)

I was looking for a skort that resembled one that I bought from LLBean many years ago that had 2 side pockets, a front flap, same nice light weight, quick drying material for the inside shorts and very nice rugged snap closing......I almost found it in this skort! It is an inch longer (18) but it had everything except the snap closure with a button instead. Not as convenient, but acceptable....after reading in the reviews about how annoying the flap could be when one is bending over such as in playing tennis, I installed my own snap on the flap about 5 inches from the waist band and it works great!! I would suggest the designers might consider doing this as well as making the waistband a SNAP closure on the outer edge. This will then be a perfect skort for action sports especially tennis or pickleball!!

I'm a pear-shaped size 12 (about 155lbs and 5'5".) I ordered a medium and it is a little tight--movement while wearing it wasn't as free as I would like. I feel that if I went up to a large, it would be too big. And how the skort overlaps in front was uneven on me--the wrap part hangs a little lower then the rest of the garment. Small pockets. I will be returning this and looking for a different skort.

I was really disappointed in the fit of this skort. The waist is too loose and because of that the flap across the front sags on one side and hangs about an inch longer than the shorts underneath.

Rated 3 out of 5 by CasualDresser200 Nice skort, rough material
It is a nice skirt, but I wasn't fond of the material. It's just a bit rough. I did keep the skirt and wear it often, because it fits well. I do wish it was longer.

I ordered a small first time around. I could pull it up without unbuttoning the waist. So, I figured that an x-small would do the trick, Well, it too was large all over and made me appear dowdy. Also, I did not care for the front zip fly. I am returning the x-small as well, Hopefully, I will find an LLBean skort that's perfect for me. I love the lightweight fabric.

Rated 2 out of 5 by InRI problems - had to return
This skort had major problems. The biggest is that the flap only goes about 3/4 of the way across the front and looks really odd. Second, the tiny pocket for a cell phone is much too narrow to hold a cell phone or be useful for anything. Am returning asap.

A great, comfortable skort! I use for everything from kicking around in town to easy hiking in the mountains. I have many L.L. Bean skorts and love them all!

Great to walk in, and these give a very polished look. They close with a zipper fly and two buttons along the waistband. Would like for the buttons to be bigger, but this is a minor detail. Highly recommended!
