I ordered the red plaid in the Misses small as it was no longer available in the Petite. I usually wear a size 6 in either. The shirt is beautiful and does not have the problems mentioned by the Paisley shirt reviews. Even though the fit was not form fitting I love the look and feel. My only issue is that I will need to move the buttons on the wrists over to keep the sleeves on my wrists....easily done.
Keep offering lots of plaids to the ladies L.L. Bean. We shop with you for classics like these.

I could not wait for this shirt to arrive! It is a lovely palette of spring and summer colors. Will match most anything in my wardrobe. The contrasting trim under the collar and inside the cuff are a nice touch. The spandex gives it a great stretch without losing its shape, making it incredibly comfortable to wear. The slightly fitted design is perfect for me ? not too baggy, nor too snug, but just right. Since the poplin is a spring/summer fabric, I would love to see this in a ż length sleeve or roll-tab sleeves.

I have two of these purchased about a yr ago in the Mini-check. They're well made and the fabic is a decent weight -- not too thin.
This is a shirt that stays nice and neat looking hour after hour.
I wear them with jeans for a classic casual look.
Per other reviews: Maybe the paisley is printed making it white on the inside, but the mini-check and based on the picture here, these are woven in the colored threads/yarns-- not white on the inside. Also, perhaps some another pattern in this style have contrasting collar & cuff linings, but the mini-check and, I believe these, are consistent with the overall shirt pattern.
My orig. two were in reg. sizing; this time I'm ordering Pet. Med. in the Black Watch, based on availability, and keeping my fingers crossed it will fit ok.

Well made and nice pattern and colors. But--those awful white buttons and and the pattern is only on the outside of the shirt!!!!
It is just plain white on the inside . It makes it appear as a real cheap shirt. Glad i got it on sale! Not worth the big original price. It fits well so will use it for house chores.

Rated 5 out of 5áby AuntieMJ Totally a CLASSIC! stretch poplin shirt
I love these blouses (I have 3, floral, paisley & dot) for their crisp, fresh & tailored look! I always feel feminine & we'll put together when wearing one of these. Love them with jeans & slacks and with or without a cami/tank underneath them. The touch of stretch makes them very comfortable.
In true LL Bean fashion their attention to finishing detail is PERFECTION! Love the contrasting fabric on the inner cuffs & underneath the collar with yet another highlighting detail: contrasting piping! Another smashing classic & very high end!

Rated 5 out of 5áby DLighted Wonderful fabric and design, a bit roomy though
These easy care poplin shirts are beautifully made. The fabric is truly easy-care. Keeps that new crisp look. I have several. For me I found size small ran too roomy though all LLBean tees and sweaters fit in a size small. I switched to the xsmall, and aaah! Fit great! The same was true for the seersucker variety.

Rated 4 out of 5áby Wideranging Like it but not the unrelated cuff & collar lining
Nice looking and well fitting though the sleeves are a bit long for me. Don't understand why they use entirely different material to line the underside of the collar and the sleeve cuff. The white with pink dots isn't quite so bad with the pink and white floral but white with pink is really out of keeping with the navy blue and white floral. Luckily it doesn't really show except to occasionally give a glimpse of white under the overlapping part of the buttoned cuff. The only possible reason I can think of for using this unrelated material is to save a few cents by using leftover cloth from some other garment. It clearly isn't a design decision. It seems a foolish cost saving measure. I was very glad to get these two blouses on sale at a greatly reduced price but I wonder if one of the reasons they had to put it on sale was this ill thought out cost saving measure.

Rated 5 out of 5áby mlong100 Fantastic fit
I am 5'3", 140 lbs, D cup bra, and this shirt fits great in the bust. That's frequently the problem area for me in button ups, but this shirt in Petite Medium is perfect. I bought the Black Watch pattern, but might buy in whatever else is available. I haven't washed it yet, plan to be very careful to avoid any possible shrinkage. Well done, LLBean.

Rated 5 out of 5áby BakingMom Hurray for sleeves that are long enough!
This is a gorgeous shirt, both in looks and feel. I have some shirts that I can no longer wear because they are too fitted, but this shirt is perfect. I ordered the mini check in white and it is the perfect fabric weight. So often shirts now are too thin and I don't want to have to wear a tank or cami under all of my clothing.

This is a nice, well made shirt. I usually get a small petite, but I
found that I needed an extra-small petite for this. It runs a
bit large. I bought two of them, one in each plaid.
