Rated 5 out of 5áby JOYTS Great Quality
Purchased the dress chino's for my husband. We've found that all LL Bean clothing is highly consistent in sizing.
The chino's have a wonderful hand to the cotton fabric and they look more like casual dress pants.
The grey color is a nice grey, not too dark or too light.
The quality is second to none at LL Bean and we will continue to shop at the site. Every single thing we've purchased has fit, washed well and holds up for a very long time. Hard to find quality like this anymore these days.

Excellent trousers for the price. They handle regular washing in the washing machine well, keeping their pleats.

The fit is great, and they wear very well. All in all, comparable to more expensive products. Very happy!

Rated 4 out of 5áby newhouse230 MAY TAKE A FEW TRIES TO GET THE FIT RIGHT
The 'STANDARD' fit is actually very trim. Though LL Beans copy writers continually refer to the CLASSIC fit as the trimmest, or closest to the body fit, the STANDARD fit seems to be a tighter cut.
The waist measurement is HUGE vs the marked size. I have worn mainly size 37 pants for quite a while (actual waist measures 38 and change) These pants, size 37 waist measured 39 1/2. I returned them and got a size 36. They are still a bit large on me...and measure 38 1/2. I am thinking of returning them for a size 35!
One more small issue....because they fit just below the waist, if you order your usual length inseam the pants will be a bit too long. I suggest ordering 1/2" shorter than usual
Once you get the size right, the pants are nice and slim, yet comfortable. I do not understand why they are not depicted as the close-fitting pants which they are.
Knowing the fit is snug, it fits the needs of many of us without much butt and slim legs for whom Bean's CLASSIC fit is way too baggy!

Rated 5 out of 5áby Dougal Very nice pants
These pants are not like any other chinos I've owned. Nice finish and shape. I like that the length is offered in increments of half an inch. I ordered a 37 inch waist because that size fit in another pair of chinos I bought, but the fit was larger this time. Not enough to send them back, however. A very nice product and well-priced for the quality.

Rated 4 out of 5áby korateer Mostly free of big wrinkles
Maybe I did not get them out of the dryer quickly enough. They came out "crinkly" but nor "wrinkly." Nevertheless, I like them. The fit is good. They are comfortable. My wife assures me they look very nice.

Rated 5 out of 5áby OlderBeanFan Wrinkle-free dress chinos
I am a returning customer for these pants. They are wrinkle-free as advertised. I value the ability to choose inseam lengths to fractions of an inch. If you don't want to iron, these are worth the premium-price. How about offering dark brown and light gray?

Rated 5 out of 5áby CompulsiveBuyer Great dress pants!
Standard Fit = Perfect
35 Waist = Exactly what it should be
Custom inseam = Wonderful
These really look like dress pants, so perfect when you don't have to wear a suit everydayÚ It looks great with a shirt. But these wash and dry in the machine so no more trip to the dry cleaner. The material is quite nice, very substancial and screams quality and durability. For the money, I'm quite impressed.

Rated 2 out of 5áby Navy Not up to L.L.Bean standard
As a 40 plus year L.L.Bean customer, this is the first really poor product I have received. I have returned items because of fit--not Bean's fault, but these pants--especially marketed as "dress Chino's" are not up to your standards. Neither the fabric nor the interior finish are as good as my "cheapo khaki chinos" from a popular uniform supplier. In fact, neither the fabric nor finish is as good as my regular (not dress) wrinkle free L.L. Bean's chinos.
