My husband loves these shirts as much as I do. He thinks the fit and quality are excellent. I love that they come out of the dryer perfect and ready to wear...way to go LL Bean.

I have purchased two of L.L. Bean's wrinkle-resistant shirts for my husband and they are his favorite shirts. They are the only shirts I have seen marketed as "wrinkle resistant" that truly do resist wrinkles! I NEVER have to iron them; they are perfect straight out the dryer or suitcase. Great fit, comfortable, and great quality. He wears them at least once a week and they still look as good as the day I bought them. Keep up the good work, L. L. Bean!

A wonderful "go to" shirt! It may be used with jeans for a casual occasion, or with slacks and blazer for a dressier option. It's crisp and stylish. My husband loves this lightweight classic shirt. L. L. Bean's Wrinkle-Resistant clothing certainly has us SPOILED!

Rated 5 out of 5 by PchyKeenGA Great replacement!
I purchased a similar shirt in 2002 for my husband while I was in Portland Maine. He's still wearing it! Even after all these years it still looks great. Just a little wear at the edge of the cuffs. So we purchased a replacement with the bottle blue and he loves it. It fits and looks great... washes and wears like a dream.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MoabJeeper Size way off
I have been a loyal Bean customer for decades. I could always rely on the sizing. I wear XXL Tall, have for years. This shirt was a good 2" too long in the sleeves and body. Another recent purchase was the same. Bean has changed its sizing charts or vendors and I'm not happy

I like the shirt but I hate tags on the neck. The photo doesn't show it but the shirt has a big tag right on the neck. First thing I do is remove it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LLBeanShopper7894 Excellent Quality
I have bought two of these for my husband and he loves them. They wash/dry well and look very nice after months of washes. The quality is excellent; just what I expect from LL Bean! My husband tends to wear XL in everything I order however in these shirts, the fit was better in a L instead. They are a little roomy but a very nice shirt. Perfect for him to use for work. Our winters tend to be mild but this offers warmth without being heavy or too thick.

by BoothbayHarborVacationer Elbow blowout
I've owned this shirt for just over one year, and I noticed today that the fabric at the elbow on the left sleeve is split open in a cross ( + ) pattern, suggesting that fabric simply failed when I bent my arm one too many times for the shirt to handle it.
I've had this happen to a few other shirt, both LL Bean and others, over the past year or two. All of them were wrinkle-resistant fabric. Perhaps whatever is used to make the fabric "wrinkle-resistant" weakens the fabric.
By comparison, I've got non-wrinkle-resistant shirts from LL Bean that I've owned for 5, 10 years without ever having had this problem.

The sleeves were shorter than many othey Bean shirts, so I had to have it altered locally at s cost to avoid the time and hassle of guessing what to order. I do pay to have Bean alter my pants, but I expected that.
