I was so pleased upon receiving this. The neck is interesting but modest, and I had no problem with undergarments showing. The fabric is thick and good quality, and I know it will stand up to many washes.
I wish you would offer this in more colors, and in an option with shorter sleeves. I love the gray heather but would like to see more basic, non-heathered colors like navy.

I got this top in a petite medium in the oatmeal heather which was not the color I wanted. However, the color I wanted was the red heather, which it turns out, only comes in the size medium. The catalog does not specify which colors come in which sizes. The catalog portrays that all colors come in ALL SIZES. WRONG. The misses size does have all colors which are 12. The petite and women's sizes only have 7 colors. VERY MISLEADING. I liked the top so I got a color I didn't want. The petite medium fits good (5'3"). However, I feel I'm being deprived of having a choice of colors by being petite!!!!

I loved the fabric but the neck line didn't work for me, I would buy a different style shirt of this color and fabric were it was available. MAybe a V neck.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Countrydogwalker Square Neck Tee
When I received this and tried it on I liked the T Shirt and it fit perfect except the neck was a little too wide for my petite shoulders (for some reason they don't seem to size necks small enough for petites). I followed the washing instructions, cold water dry low. It shrunk a lot. Now too short, too snug, especially the sleeves. It also wrinkled quite a bit. Not happy so it's going back. It's too bad because it was attractive before washing but I seem to encounter this problem frequently lately. Have to buy cloths big before washing but it makes it difficult to know what size to buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Demetria Would buy 10!
This shirt is excellent, and I would buy ten if the colors were more vibrant, especially in the plus sizes. The fit and style, very attractive. Sleeve length and fit--meaning not baggy--looks stylish and "hides" the sag! More colors please, and brighten them up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wordmaven Unique shoulder design
Even though there is a close-up photo of the shoulder construction of this shirt included in the online description, it doesn't begin to do justice to the unique design. There is no seam running across the top of the shoulders; instead, the front and back run straight across right above the high armpit and are connected by a piece that almost looks like a gusset. Because of this, the entire design looks dressier and more polished. It also allows for easier movement. Unleash so many square-necks, this has good strap coverage. Soon I will own three!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lucent Ordering another
The fit of this shirt is so flattering on me that I will order another color, maybe even 2. The neckline is classic and stately. The fabric is so substantial and soft - calling it a t-shirt doesn't do it justice.
Others have complained that the neck is too wide. If you need to order a bigger size to fit a bigger chest, then the neckline will probably be too wide. For those of us less endowed, this shirt is a real winner.
No one style will flatter every body type.

Rated 1 out of 5 by toastedmarshmallow SHIRT IS TOO LONG!!
I ordered this shirt because I thought the square boatneck was an interesting look, but the overall length of the shirt was too long, 25" in size M, when compared at the shoulders with a brand new V-neck short sleeve Bean's T purchased last year, but not yet worn (that shirt, also size M is 24" long from the back of the neck to the hem) and that length is perfect. So the length of THIS SHIRT is too long for me, more like a tunic, very unattractive so am returning. TWO OTHER COMMENTS: Are you now making all of your women's T shirts longer? I recently ordered Bean's T 3/4 sleeve V-neck, size M, that is also 25" long, again more like a tunic, unattractive at least on me, am returning.
MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THAT YOU ARE NOT OFFERING BEAN'S T's IN THE SHORT SLEEVED V-NECK THIS YEAR. THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE, MOST COMFORTABLE SUMMER SHIRT. IT FITS ME VERY WELL AND I PREFER THE MORE SUBSTANTIAL FABRIC IN THE BEANS T'S TO THE VERY THIN PIMA COTTON. I FEEL THAT A V-NECK IS COOLER IN HOT WEATHER THAN A CREW NECK. WHY IS THIS PERENNIAL STAPLE NOT AVAILABLE, THOUGH IT IS IN PIMA? VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NColoradoLLBeanShopper My new favorite tee
This shirt is wonderful. The material is thicker than some flimsy tees--just the right weight. It falls nicely, fits beautifully, and the neck is very flattering. I love the elbow-length sleeves; they are very flattering if you are not 18! I live in T-shirts in the summer and the neck on this one is a great variation; it feels a little dressier. If I could justify it, I'd order one in every color.
