Love these socks. They keep your feet warm, dry and happy. They are also soft and have plenty of cushion. My shoe size is 7.5 - 8 and the medium is a perfect fit for me. I have washed and dried many times and there was no shrinkage or fading. A quality product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SNOWPLOWGIRL Most comfortable winter sock
After purchasing 1 pair of these awesome socks, I immediately purchased another pair. They're warm, smooth against the foot and not too bulky. Most importantly, there is no uncomfortable toe seam! Not too tight in the calf. Fit as expected. Great with hiking shoes or sneakers. Machine wash without any problem. I am very particular about socks and these meet all of my standards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shopper99 Favorite Running Socks
I've had these for a year now, and they are my favorite socks for trail running. I like them for skate skiing, too, on warmer days - they come up high enough for boots. I wear a size 7.5 shoe, or 8 running shoe, and the mediums fit perfectly. I never dry them in the dryer, always line dry. They are keeping their size and holding up well.
I'm a little surprised at the other review - I've never had socks that indicated left and right ... maybe I just don't go for really expensive socks. These feel great, and supportive, though I do rely on my shoes to do the majority of the supporting! I never get blisters with these socks, and they never bunch up or slide down. They still feel good when soaking wet, which is important for trail running socks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Scarlett106 Sizing isn't precise enough
Very soft, cushioned socks. Unfortunately, sizing for a supportive sock like this should be more precise. I wear a 7-8 (depending on brand) in shoes, so I got the Medium in this sock. It fits, but the toe/heel cushions aren't properly aligned with my foot since the Medium fits such a range of shoe sizes. It kind of defeats the purpose of a sock like this if the cushions don't support where you need them to support. I should have known when they weren't labeled "left" and "right," because generally cushioned/supportive socks should be--or else they're not designed specifically enough.
If you wear a 7-ish or the low end of the "Large" sizing, consider going a size down (if they even make them in small) or a different brand, because otherwise the cushions won't support you where you need it. I'll wear these around the house but they're kind of useless as athletic socks.
